Refund policy

Every CAOSONSTUDIO bag is hand-woven and hand-painted to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Personalized & made-to-order items

Bags with a personalized purchase option (monogram, pet portrait, or your own idea) are painted uniquely for you and are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged. If your bag arrives damaged or with a production flaw, email photos to hello@caosonstudio.com within 7 days of delivery and we will repaint or replace it at no cost.

Original-design & classic bags

Bags purchased as the original design (no personalization) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a refund minus return shipping. Contact us to start a return.

Cancellations & changes

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. For personalized orders, once you approve the design sketch the order can no longer be cancelled, as painting has begun.
