What photo works best for a pet portrait?
A bright, front-facing photo where your pet's eyes are clearly visible. We'll email you a sketch to approve before painting.
How long until my bag ships?
Each bag is made to order: 3–7 days to craft and paint, plus tracked shipping to the US.
Can I return a personalized bag?
Personalized bags are final sale, but if anything arrives damaged or flawed we'll repaint or replace it — see our returns policy.
